The Feather of Hope

Woke up yesterday morning thinking about feathers. No idea why, I just did!

Had the urge then to dust off my painting tools, and got to work on some watercolour experimenting.

I'd like to call this 'The Feather of Hope'.

Just did a quick Google search after typing the previous sentence, and came across this quote by Emily Dickinson:
"Hope is that thing with feathers that perches in the soul and sings the tune without the words and never stops... at all."
I guess I picked an apt name for this!
